Job Profile :
Should have Experience in Banquets Sales, Booking & Reservations and Guests relations.
Able to do sales and Marketing activities.
As per the client requirement regarding menu ,Decorations and budget , should be able to do the proper event planning.
Negotiation skills is also required.
Prepare the quotation for the Client as per their requirements.
Co-ordinate with Food and Beverage team and Housekeeping management.
Should be Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting visitors
Should be responsible for dealing with guest’s queries and booking
Should be responsible for Handling and executing banquet operations.
Should be responsible for Handling day today banquet enquirers.
Should have good knowledge in Client Relationship Management and Guest Relationship
Ensure high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by interacting with them to generate revenue for the organization.
