4. Methods of Cooking & cutting
5. Various cuts of Vegetables & Meats (Chicken/ veal's/ mutton/ fish & sea Food/ lamb/ game)
6. Safety rules for using knives.
7. Information on Misc place
8. Classification of Raw Materials (Perishable & Non-perishable, Preservation /storage /Service of Food)
9. Seasoning & flavorings agent, Accompaniments & Garnishes
Other Responsibilities includes:
1. Cleaning the Kitchen or Food areas, utensils & relevant equipments
2. Assists cook in preparing Ingredients for Cooking & making simple preparation like sandwiches, salad, savories etc
3. Food preservation/ storage/ Service
4. Knowledge about identification & selection of material & equipment
