Design Philosophy and design fundamentals

The Design and Creatives team expects from visual communication designers to consistently come up with originals ideas and taking them from scamp to delivery . Designing, developing and executing both large and small creative briefs to a high standard.

Visual communication designers are responsible for conceiving and producing the end to end experiences across multiple formats including the flow of applications (mobile, website & CMS) banners, e-mailers, push notifications, brand or themed landing pages, event promotions, product launch pages, social media and print materials. Expecting a self-starter who can independently manage deliverables in a fast-paced quality driven environment.

Know-Hows
How to engage viewers through enticing visual communication
How to create a holistic experience across multiple touchpoints in a user flow
Understand a design brief and ask the right questions to reduce iterations
Conceptualize and produce stunning work under tight deadlines
Create unique designs solving unique problems
Solutions under an overall communication style or brand guideline
Work as part of a team, verbally giving and taking critiques on each other work in a productive and adhoc manner, Self-manage to meet timelines and optimise workload

Requirements
Knowledge of User Interface / User Experience
Proven digital visual design experience
Possession of creative problem solving, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Expert in Photoshop, familiarity with Sketch and Illustrator
Highly proficient in design fundamentals (typography, color, balance)
Minimum 3 Years experience
